Hi, I’m Lakeiwa “Kiwi” Johnson, the founder and CEO of Five7 Medical Billing and Coding LLC. I established Five7 with a clear mission: to help healthcare professionals—particularly busy surgeons and providers—receive accurate, timely reimbursement while remaining focused on patient care.

I hold a Master’s degree in Executive Healthcare Administration and oversee the daily operations of Five7, including strategic direction, workflow design, compliance oversight, and revenue cycle performance. My background includes credentialing, insurance contracting, claims oversight, payment posting, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on building efficient, compliant billing systems.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with healthcare providers and administrative teams across clinical and hospital settings. In addition to supporting patient care operations, I have led the analysis and optimization of daily provider workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance. This experience spans optometry practices, mental health offices, and hospital environments, where I have implemented streamlined processes that support both provider productivity and quality of care.

Vincent P. Johnson serves as President of Five7 Medical Billing and Coding LLC, supporting the execution of company operations and ensuring established workflows are implemented consistently and accurately across all claims processes.

In his role overseeing Claims Operations, Vincent manages claim submission, claim corrections, and follow-up activity, working closely with providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve billing issues, address denials, and maintain steady claim flow across payer systems. He is experienced in negotiating fee schedules and reimbursement rates with insurance payers on behalf of providers, when authorized, to help improve reimbursement outcomes for the services rendered.

Vincent’s hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and payer negotiation experience help reduce preventable delays, strengthen revenue performance, and support the financial stability of the practices Five7 serves.
