With over 20 years in the medical field and a Master’s degree in Executive Healthcare Administration, I founded Five7 Medical Billing and Coding to help healthcare providers recover lost revenue and reduce the stress that comes with managing insurance billing.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming claim management, denials, insurance follow up, and payment delays can become for busy practices. Too often, claims go unpaid simply because there is not enough time for consistent follow through or detailed account review. That’s where I come in.

I believe medical billing is more than just submitting claims. It’s about communication, accountability, consistency, and making sure providers are properly reimbursed for the care they give.
